THIS IS NOT YOUR
MOM’S THERAPY

Getting therapy in college gives you something you don’t get from parents, friends or professors. It’s a space with an objective, steady perspective where you can actually hear your own thoughts instead of everyone else’s expectations. Therapy helps you understand what you want, make decisions that feel aligned with you and navigate stress with support that’s grounded, not biased. It’s one of the few places in college that’s truly about your voice.

  • In our sessions, you’ll have a calm, judgment-free space to talk through what’s actually going on beneath the stress. We’ll start by getting clear on what you’re struggling with right now—academics, anxiety, identity shifts, friendships, family pressure or all of the above. From there, we’ll move at a pace that feels supportive as we explore your patterns, build practical tools and help you understand your own thoughts without the noise of everyone else’s opinions. You can expect steady check-ins, collaborative guidance and a space where you don’t have to perform or have it all figured out. Just you, showing up as you are, and support that meets you there.

  • This is for college students who are trying hard but feel overwhelmed by the pressure to keep up, figure themselves out and stay afloat all at once. It’s for you if you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, academic stress, identity questions, roommate or relationship challenges or the sense that everyone else has a clearer path than you do. Whether you’re new to campus, deep in your major or somewhere in between, this space is for students who want support that’s grounded, personal and focused on helping them feel more like themselves again.

  • Sessions are 50 minutes and both in person at my Sawtelle office in West Los Angeles or virtually through secure telehealth anywhere in California. We’ll move at a pace that feels supportive and focus on creating steady, meaningful progress over time.

Therapy in college gives you something rare - a place to sort through college stress, anxiety and big life questions with someone who isn’t a parent, roommate or friend. It’s a space to understand what you’re feeling, build healthier ways to cope and hear your own voice more clearly. It’s a chance to grow in real time, not just get through the semester.

You don’t have to figure this out alone.

I’ll integrate tools from attachment-based therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and nervous system education to create a well-rounded, personalized approach that actually fits you, zero cookie cutter therapy here. Together, we’ll work on understanding your anxiety, making sense of the patterns that show up in relationships and building practical skills to help you feel more grounded, focused and confident on campus and beyond.

Sessions are available in person on Sawtelle Blvd. in West Los Angeles or virtually throughout California.
