I’m a licensed therapist born, raised and practicing in Los Angeles.
Over time, I’ve found that most people know what they want out of life but aren’t exactly sure of how to get there. This is where I come in.
I work with people who are tired of feeling anxious, are stuck in self-doubt, or caught in unhealthy relationship patterns. Many of my clients share the same frustration: life looks fine on the outside, but inside it feels overwhelming, unsteady, or just not the way that they hoped it would.
I bring nearly a decade of experience as a licensed therapist in West Los Angeles, blending an attachment-focused lens with EMDR and evidence-based tools. My approach is warm, collaborative, and direct. I offer both support and gentle challenge so you can see yourself and your patterns more clearly.
In working together, you’ll begin to feel more grounded, confident, and connected in your relationships, in your work, and in yourself. Therapy with me isn’t about quick fixes; it’s about creating lasting change and finding the relief you’ve been looking for.

My Approach
Somewhere Between Clinical and Casual
A strong therapeutic alliance offers a dynamic that feels differently than talking with a friend, partner, colleague (or your hairdresser). You’ll notice that processing with an objective third party with no involvement in your daily life allows for perspective, reflection and support without the pressure of managing someone else’s reactions. You’ll be free to be yourself here.
Serotonin Psychotherapy Practice is built on my commitment to providing therapy that’s effective, collaborative and focused on both emotional insight and real-life tools. I’m trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which helps safely process and heal from trauma, anxiety, and attachment wounds.
My therapeutic journey started in middle school, when I’d eagerly ride my bike to sessions after school. I can recall hoping that each meeting would help me feel a little bit better than before. Fortunately, learning how to name emotions and how to apply skills helped tremendously. I now see that early curiosity and need for support truly shaped my path into the field years before I could realize it. Now, nearly a decade into this work, that same drive informs how I show up for every client, knowing how important it feels to find even a small sense of relief with each session.
My Story
Outside of the Office
When not in session, you can find me walking my dog with my family, trying new coffee shops (and overspending on a trendy latte), or planning a weekend trip. I believe life is meant to be joyful and it’s an honor to help people find their own glimmers of joy, even when in the middle of difficult circumstances.
Hello from the ‘90s!
Clinical Experience
Prior to opening my practice, I served as a Program Director at a high-acuity IOP/PHP mental health program in Los Angeles, where I led clinical teams and supported individuals facing complex trauma, anxiety, depression and co-occurring disorders. Additionally, I’ve worked as a school-based therapist, providing counseling for children and teens struggling with emotional regulation, school stress and social anxiety. Beyond hands-on clinical experience, I’ve completed advanced trainings in evidence-based therapies, including trauma-informed care, EMDR, and attachment-based therapy. These experiences allow me to offer integrative, personalized therapy for young adults, teens and families throughout Los Angeles.
