I'm a licensed therapist born, raised, and practicing in Los Angeles. Over the years, I've noticed a pattern in the people I work with: thoughtful, capable, caring on the outside, but rarely calm or confident on the inside. They know what they want out of life, yet feel stuck behind anxiety, self-doubt, or patterns they can't quite explain, even to themselves.

My practice is for people who are ready to stop white-knuckling their way through life. Maybe things look fine from the outside, the job, the relationship, the photos, but internally it feels heavy, chaotic, or out of sync with who you hoped you'd be by now. You might find yourself overthinking decisions, replaying conversations, or wondering why you can't just relax into the life you've built.

Together, we'll slow it all down to understand what's actually happening beneath the surface. Not in a way that overanalyzes everything, but in a way that helps you understand yourself with more compassion and less judgment. From there, we'll start building a life that feels less like something you're managing and more like something you're actually living, one that's grounded, clear, and unmistakably yours.

Hi, I’m Taylor

I’m so glad
you’re here.

I bring nearly a decade of experience as a licensed therapist in West Los Angeles, blending a relational, attachment-focused lens with EMDR and evidence-based tools. My style offers both support and gentle challenge so you can see yourself and your patterns more clearly.

In working together, you’ll begin to feel more grounded, confident, and connected in your relationships, in your work, and in yourself. Therapy with me isn’t about quick fixes, it’s about creating lasting change and finding the relief you’ve been looking for.

An effective therapeutic alliance is a dynamic that feels differently than talking with a friend, partner, colleague, (or your hairdresser)! You’ll notice that processing with an objective third party with no involvement in your daily life allows for perspective, reflection and support without the pressure of managing someone else’s reactions. You’ll be free to be yourself here.

My approach to therapy?
Somewhere between clinical and casual.

Serotonin Psychotherapy Practice is built on my commitment to providing therapy that’s effective, collaborative and focused on both emotional insight and real-life tools. I’m trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which helps safely process and heal from trauma, anxiety, and attachment wounds.

My first introduction to therapy was in middle school, when I recall eagerly riding my bike to sessions after school, hoping that each meeting would help me feel a little bit better than before. Fortunately for everyone, learning how to name emotions and apply skills helped me tremendously, quickly instilling a love for therapy and wellness practices.

I now see that my early curiosity and need for support truly shaped my path into the field years before I could realize it. Now, nearly a decade into this work, that same drive informs how I show up for every client - I know firsthand how important it feels to find even a small sense of relief with each session.

My Story

Outside of the Office

When not in session, you can find me walking my dog with my family, trying new coffee shops (and overspending on a trendy latte) or planning a weekend trip to a boutique hotel. I’m a firm believer in finding small glimmers of joy, even when it feels impossible to do so.

Clinical Experience

Prior to opening my practice, I served as a Program Director at a high-acuity outpatient mental health program in Los Angeles, where I led clinical teams and supported individuals and families facing complex trauma, anxiety, depression and co-occurring disorders. Additionally, I’ve worked as a school-based therapist, providing counseling for children and teens struggling with emotional regulation, school stress and social anxiety. Beyond hands-on clinical experience, I’ve completed advanced trainings in evidence-based therapies, including trauma-informed care, EMDR, and attachment-based therapy. These experiences allow me to offer integrative, personalized therapy for young adults, teens and families throughout Los Angeles.
