Therapy & Support Groups
I offer two separate support groups designed to foster connection, insight and growth. The first is a process group for adults who feel stuck in patterns of overthinking, self-doubt, or disconnection. If you’re craving deeper relationships or want a space to explore who you are, this group can help. The second is a clinical support group for therapists in training, created for pre-licensed clinicians navigating imposter syndrome, burnout and the emotional weight of this work. It's a space to feel supported, seen and less alone in the journey.
How We’ll Work Together
We’ll start with what’s urgent - sleep, panic, communication and motivation to re-establish stability. From here, we’ll uncover the patterns beneath the surface that are keeping you stuck.
My approach blends practical skills with depth work so relief comes sooner and lasts longer.
EMDR to process stuck memories and body responses.
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for attachment & relationships
Skills for anxiety, perfectionism, and boundaries
I’m a relational therapist working alongside those who are ready to step into their power.
I’ve come to believe that the relationship we have with ourselves dictates much of the way we perceive and move through life. If your relationship to yourself is suffering, your general outlook will likely reflect this, too. Life can be chock-full of mundane days and difficult experiences but that doesn’t mean it has to always feel this way.
Working together will bring a sense of power over your life that you may have lost at some point along the way. Together we’ll unravel what’s been done and find ways to secure a better future for you.
