Hi, I’m Taylor.
I’m a licensed therapist born, raised and practicing in West Los Angeles. I work with people seeking support in navigating anxiety, self-doubt, relationship challenges and general life satisfaction. I find that my clients are often thoughtful, self-aware and driven but even with all of that insight, they’re struggling to feel calm, confident and connected.
Serotonin Psychotherapy Practice is built on my commitment to providing therapy that’s effective, collaborative and focused on both emotional insight and real-life tools. I’m trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which helps clients safely process and heal from trauma, anxiety and attachment wounds. Whether you’re dealing with the impact of past adverse experiences, perfectionism or painful relationship patterns, we’ll move at your pace and focus on what feels most meaningful to you.
I know what it’s like to sit on both sides of a therapy session. My personal journey started some time ago when as a middle schooler, I used to ride my bike to sessions after school hoping that with each session I’d feel a little bit better. That early curiosity and need for support shaped my career path years before I ever realized it. Now, nearly a decade into this work, that same drive informs how I show up for every client whom I know shares my need to feel even just a little bit better with every session. I aim to create a space that feels supportive while also offering the kind of gentle challenge that incites growth.
Outside of the office, you can usually find me walking my dog with my family, exploring new coffee shops (and overspending on a trendy latte) or planning a weekend trip. I truly believe life is meant to be joyful and it’s an honor to help people find their glimmers of joy - even while in the middle of difficult circumstances.

Clinical Experience
Before starting my practice, I served as a Program Director at a high-acuity IOP/PHP mental health program in Los Angeles, where I led clinical teams and supported individuals facing complex trauma, anxiety, depression and co-occurring disorders. Additionally, I’ve worked as a school-based therapist, providing counseling for children and teens struggling with emotional regulation, school stress and social anxiety. Beyond hands-on clinical experience, I’ve completed advanced trainings in evidence-based therapies, including trauma-informed care, EMDR, and attachment-based therapy. These experiences allow me to offer integrative, personalized therapy for young adults, teens and families throughout Los Angeles.
